What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, 5-7 years of project management experience in commercial construction or corporate real estate environments, Demonstrated experience managing projects valued at $5M+, Proven ability to handle multiple concurrent projects across various client accounts, Knowledge of construction methods, building systems, and relevant building codes and regulations, Excellent financial acumen with experience in budget development, cost control, and variance analysis, Proficiency in project management software such as Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms, Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents
Nice to Have
LEED accreditation or knowledge of sustainable building practices, Experience with tenant improvement projects, corporate workplace strategies, or mission-critical facilities, Familiarity with JLL systems and processes or previous experience working with national real estate service providers, PMP (Project Management Professional) or CCM (Certified Construction Manager)
