What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or construction management, Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget, understanding of construction methods, building systems, and project delivery processes, blue prints, Proficiency with project management software and technology tools (e. g. , Procore, MS Project or similar), Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound decisions in fast-paced environments, Valid Drive license
Nice to Have
Professional certifications such as PMP, CCM, or LEED AP, Experience managing projects in corporate interiors, commercial office, or tenant improvement sectors, Knowledge of sustainable building practices and green building standards, Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and virtual design and construction technologies, Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships resulting in repeat business

Developing and managing project budgets

Serving as the primary point of contact for clients

and vendors to ensure seamless project execution
Identifying potential risks and conflicts early
implementing strategic solutions to keep projects on track
Monitoring project progress through regular site visits
and reporting to stakeholders
Ensuring compliance with building codes
and quality standards throughout all project phases
Mentoring and developing junior team members
Driving continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance processes and outcomes
