As a Professional Learning Specialist, you will support design and own the delivery of high-impact professional learning experiences, customer implementation support, and educator capacity building initiatives. You will serve as both an instructional expert and implementation strategist, ensuring customers successfully integrate Transfr’s solutions into instructional practice and workforce development programming. This role is pivotal in driving customer adoption, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and supporting scalable implementation excellence across districts, workforce organizations, and state partners. This is a full-time, remote position but requires residence within your assigned territory, as this role requires extensive travel and strong executive presence. PLS team members frequently engage with district leaders, state officials, and site-level educators with estimated travel of 50% -70% of the time. Location: This position is 100% Remote but the designated territory for this position is New York. We will only consider candidates who reside in New York and surrounding states.
