Minimum of 8 years of relevant industry experience in corporate environments, third-party service provision, or consulting
What You'll Do.
Provide general overall facility management services including continuous monitoring of office/facility
Manage and maintain facility management tasks as assigned
Coordinate special events in support of client or JLL
Provide support for meetings and conference room reservations as needed and directed
Assist with the coordination and scheduling of maintenance activities across multiple client sites
Oversee the appropriate monthly/quarterly/annual reporting appropriate for the client
Support the Regional Manager in the implementation of short and long-term projects for the client projects
Perform any and all other duties and tasks assigned
Assist with the development and implementation of the annual management plan for the client sites within the portfolio
Develop and implement innovative programs
and procedures that reduce short and long-term operating costs and increase productivity
Properly and effectively administer and maintain all security systems
Assist with budgetary requests
Assist with researching
and reporting budget variances
Ensure compliance with all applicable health
and environmental regulations
Ensure facility adherence to all safety protocols
Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions
and maintain emergency response procedures including evacuation plans and business continuity protocols
Maintain accurate records of safety inspections
and compliance documentation
Promote a culture of safety awareness throughout the facility
Coordinate environmental sustainability initiatives and monitor energy consumption and waste management programs
and Sustainability metrics to senior management and clients on a regular basis
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Act as an interface with client, visitors, and guests; Provide direction/information to client, vendors, facilities staff, and service providers as required to ensure excellent coordination/execution of work within client environment with minimal disruption; Ensure prompt and appropriate follow-up with client and service providers; Support the Regional Manager in the implementation of short and long-term projects for the client projects; Report HS&E, and Sustainability metrics to senior management and clients on a regular basis
