Associate’s degree in Business or a related field, Administrative experience in a corporate environment, Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision, Proven ability to execute complex tasks with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, Proactive mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements, written and verbal communication skills, Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-service-oriented approach, Ability to balance independent work while contributing effectively within a team environment, Exceptional organizational and time management skills, analytical and problem-solving capabilities, Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

What You'll Do.

Provide administrative and data management support

Process work activity reports

Create payment requests

Manage surgeon reimbursement

Process surgeon payments

Support internal and external stakeholders

Ensure timely responses and resolution of inquiries

Support Professional Affairs and Grants teams

Team & Collaboration

Coordinate projects across multiple departments; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support workflows and projects
