Must Have
Experience in data analytics, insights generation, process optimization, or a similar role (Business Systems Analyst, Data Analyst, Business Improvement Lead), Experience working across multiple business functions (Finance, Commercial, R&D, M&S, IT, Manufacturing) within cross-functional and global teams, Proven track record of driving efficiency and productivity improvements in a business setting through implementing data-driven strategies and process improvements, Fluent English, both written and verbal
Nice to Have
Master's degree is a plus, Familiarity with tools such as Python, R is beneficial but not mandatory
