Follow daily production schedule
Achieve specified goals
Ensure product conforms to specifications
Prevent and minimize rework
Minimize inedible waste
Perform standard operating procedures
Complete all necessary technical training
Complete all necessary soft skills training
Return from breaks in a timely manner
Notify lead or supervisor before leaving
Accurately complete all necessary paperwork
Attend all department and company meetings
Works scheduled shift as assigned
Suggest improvements to quality

Follow HACCP training

Ensure products are correctly labeled

Minor ingredient handling
Minor ingredient weighing
Temperature controlled ingredient handling
Follow recipes with 100% accuracy
Follow material return procedures
Record material information
Perform all duties within OSHA safety
