This role is perfect for someone who is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will have the opportunity to contribute directly to the manufacturing process while promoting a safe and productive workplace. **What You’ll Do** * Operates hand and/or power equipment – Ensures proper operation and maintenance of machinery to meet production standards. * Runs machinery – Controls various types of equipment to ensure smooth production processes. * Handles materials – Responsible for moving raw materials to designated areas to keep production running smoothly. * Ensures safety procedures – Follows all safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for all employees. * Operates mobile equipment – Uses forklift or other mobile equipment for material handling. * Uses packing and banding equipment – Efficiently operates packing and banding machines to prepare products for shipment. * Performs other duties as assigned – Supports team efforts by completing any other tasks requested by management. **Who You Are** * 1+ years of industrial experience – Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment prefe
