Role: We are currently seeking a dedicated and physically fit individual to join our team as a Live Poultry Line Worker. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment that requires strength, stamina, and a strong work ethic. The position involves working in key areas of the processing line, including Sticker, Defeathering, Live Hangers, and Evisceration where precision, attention to detail, and adherence to safety and animal welfare standards are essential. ## Responsibilities Perform assigned tasks on the production line safely and efficiently. Process, trim, cut, debone, package, and inspect poultry products. Ensure products meet company, customer, and regulatory specifications. Maintain production speed while following quality standards. Follow all food safety, GMP, HACCP, and CFIA requirements. Keep workstations clean and sanitary throughout the shift. Report equipment issues, quality concerns, and safety hazards. Work cooperatively with team members to achieve production goals. Follow all company policies, procedures, and supervisor instructions.
