Sika has 33,500 employees in 104 countries around the world and manufactures in over 300 factories. * Gather raw resource for processing, measuring, mixing and cooking raw materials. * measure and grade batches of raw material and feed them into production machinery * look through work orders to determine type and quantity of material needed for each production batch. * set up and operate production machinery according to specific standards and protocols of the company * operate and maintain machines, inspecting and packing final product * ensure to clean and sterilize plant proesssing area * participane in dying and bleaching materials, pressing, stretching or waterproofing materials at factory * load and unload proudcts to and from delivery vehicles by ensuring their safety * communicate problems with machinery and raw and end products to the supervisor * to implement the EHS compliance as per sika policy * any other tasks assigned from time to time from superivsor * maintain sika information with appropriate secrecy and adhere to policies regarding confidential information * ensure that all ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 procedures are followed * to perform other duties assigned by management. ## Qualifications * secondary school graduate * Able to read and write Khmer * English is a plus ## Additional Information We offer competitive salaries, aligned with local market benchmarks and the specific scope and responsibilities of each role.
