What You'll Do.
Assemble custom procedure trays
Follow assembly instructions
Visually inspect components for defects
Complete prep assemblies
Wrap tray per customer's specified sterile technique
Ensure communication occurs
Ensure three job orders are ready
Verify contents of Device History Record
Make copies of assembly instructions
Verify vendor ID and description
Verify at least one product is batch counted
Remove outer packaging
Ensure sealing machine is calibrated
Check for correct header bag
Seal packages to proper specifications
Complete necessary paperwork
Load and package product on machine
Inspect components for visible defects
Rotate loading positions
Perform additional duties
Load all components from zones onto conveyor
Verify all pages of pick ticket
Use Pick Ticket to identify material
Pull pharmaceutical items/products
Follow proper processes
Accurately pull and count components
Record all lot numbers
Use First-In First-Out (FIFO) concept
Place red dot on all products
Place green dot on all products
Replenish overages for zones
Segregate totes on conveyors
Place each tote in appropriate bin
Read each pick ticket
Determine number of totes
Load all components from accumulation bins
Move carts to appropriate area
Receive components from each zone
Place expiration products with red dot
Place license plate on cart
Write or print information from computer
Compare identifying information and counts
Add Components Shortages Form
Handle all missed accumulated items
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties
Load or unload pallets
Prepare pallets for shipping
Ensure pallets are correct
Verify product before placed on skid
Count skids on each container/truck
Assume additional responsibilities
Verify product before placed on shelf
Verify inventory computations
Investigate discrepancies or adjust errors
Ensure First In-First Out (FIFO) is followed
Complete Nonconforming Material Report (NCMR)
Use attention-to-detail
Examine and inspect stocked items
Replenish and review overflow rack
Clean and clear bin locations
