Knowledge and understanding of the work performed in the area of responsibility preferred, Previous training or Production experience
What You'll Do.
Conduct safety and forklift training
Continually improve classroom orientation
Ensure all new Team Member documentation is completed in a timely manner and submitted
Annual training for plant employees
On the job training for Employees
Assess the need for interpreters in various departments for communications clarity
Coordinate the assistance of interpreters
Assist in acclimating new Team Members in and around the confines of the facility
Other duties as assigned
