Perform on-the-job training
Perform skill training
Perform classroom training
Participate in development of new training programs
Introduce new processes for manufacturing areas
Maintain rosters of training progress
Maintain examination records
Maintain certification records
Ensure work is done accurately
Ensure work is done completely
Apply existing work methods to different situations
Refer complex problems to supervisor
Provide instructional training
Provide assessment/certification support
Support development of training programs
Support administration of training programs
Contact attendees about training programs
Contact department representatives about training programs
Schedule classroom training
Prepare physical setup for classroom
Conduct limited classroom training
Partner with Engineering in developing process yield improvement
Perform regular process audits
Perform inspection of hybrids
Disposition hybrids per documentation
Generate audit action items
Participate in corrective action associated with audit findings
Participate in improvement of process work instructions

Review procedural changes
Recommend procedural changes
Communicate Engineering Change Orders
Communicate Temporary Alert changes

Maintain required records
Assure operator compliance
Compile data to support continuous improvement plans

Participate in debugging of new automated assembly programs

Develop high level of proficiency in MES issues
