What You'll Do.
set up and operate a variety of automatic or semi-automatic machines used in the production of the company's product
work from process sheets or written/verbal instructions given by supervisor to perform production tasks
check and inspect the operation against predetermined tolerances
provide support to an area
Interface with internal customers
Perform semi-routine support duties of a specialized nature within an assigned area
maintaining and continuously improving the quality system and achieving quality objectives through daily actions
Maintaining material/supply needs to support production
Setting up & operating equipment and processing materials & packaging kits by standard operating procedures
Inspecting products and components to verify completeness of the final device and product information is precise and legible
Inspecting the product for quality and adherence to specifications
Ensuring full compliance with both GMP and housekeeping standards within the packaging area
Participating in troubleshooting and problem-solving associated with the packaging process
Completing and ensuring the accuracy of all process orders and associated required documentation
Preparing work centers for appropriate line clearance procedures and conducting regular cleaning by standard operating procedures
