Must Have
Associate degree in Electronics (two-year vocational education) or equivalent, Ability to read analog and digital circuit schematics, Ability to read and follow written, graphic, and pictorial procedures, Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, Comfortable with Microsoft Office suite, customer-focused mindset, Familiarity with ERP systems

What You'll Do.
Perform laser and optical alignment and calibration of instruments
Apply logical troubleshooting techniques to diagnose and repair electronic
and mechanical issues
Program and troubleshoot PCB assemblies
Train others in designated operations once qualified
Identify and segregate nonconforming
Maintain quality documentation to ensure proper process flow and control
Support product changes
new product introductions
and operational procedures
Participate in cross-functional collaboration
and workflow improvements
Provide recommendations regarding process improvements and product performance issues
Continuously evaluate processes for improvements in efficiency
