Full benefits are offered including health and dental as well as paid time off. **Job Description:** The Production Technician is responsible for the building, packaging, and shipping of all PDK access control products. She/He will be able to work quickly and efficiently to ensure all products are assembled, tested, and packaged in a timely manner to meet strict deadlines. Precise inventory management as well as an acute attention to detail are a must. **Duties & Responsibilities:** * Build, test, and package product subassemblies or final assemblies efficiently to meet production and shipping deadlines * Maintain and manage accurate inventory levels of all job materials both physically and inside Inventory Management Software * Test products or subassemblies for quality and functionality * Troubleshoot problems with devices or products * Pick, pack, and ship all orders effectively and efficiently according to carrier and customer specifications * Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the day **Required Skills** * Excellent attention to detail and organization skills * Capable of working independently to a production schedule * Effective written and oral communication * Basic computer skills * Ability to stand/walk for prolonged periods of time **Pay Rate Type:** Hou
