**Overview:** We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Production Technician to join our advanced manufacturing team. Our facility specializes in advanced metal powder fusing, firing and hardening in furnaces, and applying coatings using advanced technologies. In this role, you will cross-train and support two critical processes within our production cycle: coating preparation/inspection and furnace operation. You won't be expected to have experience with our specific equipment on day one. Technicians will be responsible for executing the following duties across both the coating and furnace operations: **Coating Preparation & Inspection** * **Heat Building & Fixturing:** Handle and arrange various styles of inserts into predetermined fixturing to build heats for the coating furnaces, ensuring all critical areas are properly exposed for a quality product. * **Quality & Quantity Verification:** Perform inspections and verify the quantity of incoming products prior to coating. Assure product is processed according to proper routings and specifications. * **Visual Inspection:** Inspect coated carbide inserts using the unaided eye and microscopes. Verify that the product and style match the route card, and accurately record all necessary information. * **Workflow Management:** Originate documentation to accompany heats throu
