**Overview:** We are looking for multiple Production Technicians to join our stable, family-owned manufacturing business. Utilize basic menu systems to start, run, and adjust production equipment. * **Material Management** – Maintain inventory levels of raw materials at each machine station using basic tools and following clear, step-by-step instructions. Load materials, thread guides, and replace exhausted supply packages to keep lines running smoothly. * **Basic Troubleshooting** – Spot and fix simple mechanical issues or material breaks. Work closely with a supervisor or line technician if you notice larger problems or need assistance making machine adjustments. * **In-Line Quality Audits** – Conduct continuous inspections of production operators and machinery.
