Required to climb or and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, Required to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, Required to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, Required to possess specific visons abilities, including: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and capacity to adjust focus
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High School Diploma or its equivalent with at least one year of experience in the field or in a related area, Ability to use a variety of tools and equipment (torque wrenches, hand tools, power supplies, meters, fixtures, and tooling), Demonstrated ability to assemble, troubleshoot, and test complex electromechanical equipment, Demonstrated ability to lead and/or influence a team and deploy technical solutions that involve training of peers, Ability to work under minimum supervision with a high degree of organizational and technical competence, Ability to function well under pressure and expend effort to meet schedules and deadlines, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Attention to detail, Advanced critical thinking and problems-solving skills
Nice to Have
Experience working for a medical device manufacturer preferred

Assemble subassemblies and finished products
Operate production equipment
Test products and subassemblies
Identify strategies for technical issue resolution
Generate assembly records
Separate scrap or waste materials
Assist in material cycle counting
Support engineering development activities
Adhere to company policies
Ensure compliance with laws
