Perform all industrial operations in Primary Production plant in compliance with standard operating and maintenance procedures ## How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? * Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following procedures; complying with legal regulations and Air Liquide Industrial Management System. * Responsible for the day to day operational activities according to the process specifications, quality protocol, and operating procedures. * Prepare equipment for maintenance and perform equipment start-up, shutdown and plant turnaround activities * Acts as ERT member * Ensure Gas Yard always manned with sufficient operations technicians on each shift through coordinations * Lead at his/her assigned area/scope during plant shutdown maintenance to ensure smooth and accidents free turnaround * Monitor, analyse and feedback early sign of unit performance deterioration/abnormality based on the KPI set by operation engineer for each production unit. * Support operations engineer to implement process improvement, troubleshooting, projects, data collections, etc. * Identify, analyse, develop and propose optimum solution to operations engineer / facility manager on operational issues, complaints or improvement opportunities. * To perform site and pre-activity inspection to assess if contractor work is safe to start. ## Are you a MATCH? * Diploma in chemical engineering or equivalent * Experience in chemical industry shift work. Experience in cryogenic air separation unit (ASU) and Steam Methane Reformer unit (SMR) operation will be an advantage. * Good knowledge in generic personnel and process safety in industrial plant context. * Proactively propose optimisatio
