What You'll Do.
Manage shift handover meetings
Optimize staffing to achieve production targets
Ensure safety regulations are implemented
Ensure sanitation (5S) is maintained
Control machine running speed
Reduce scraps per machine
Ensure orders are completed as planned
Assign staff to handle machine problems
Guide staff on good practices
Ensure staff comply with processes
Do production reports
Investigate KPI deviations
Participate in MDI meetings
Coordinate with departments to resolve incidents
Develop improvement plans
Report production activities hourly
Follow up daily targets
Ensure staff achieve OIP points
