Diploma (Vocational) or higher, 5+ years directly related experience, Can work in shift
Nice to Have
1+ year team leader experience preferred, Production control and process Innovation, Familiarity with ELS Operating Principles
What You'll Do.
Manage and optimize staffing
Ensure all production target achieved
Check and ensure workers implement safety regulations
Ensure sanitation (5S) in manufacturing area
Recognize and control machine running speed
Control and reduce scraps per machine
Follow up and ensure all orders completed
Assign staff and support team
Handle occurred problems related to machines
check and ensure staff comply good practice
Ensure staff comply processes in production
Do production reports
Ensure all reports complied with process
Investigate cause that KPIs is not targeted
Participate in MDI meeting
Report problems arisen yesterday
Coordinate with Supervisors/related departments
Resolve all incidents
Develop improvement plan
Report to Supervisor about production activities
Follow up daily target
Ensure staff achieve OIP points daily
