Through our robust product engineering, outstanding tooling capabilities and diverse process expertise, we continue to bring lightweight and innovative products to market. **Job Responsibilities:** **Summary:** The Team Leader will direct the work and parts flow in their respective production area and assist employees in the operation of their equipment. **Job Responsibilities:**_(This job description in no way implies that these are the only duties to be performed in this position. Employees will be required to follow any other job-related instructions or to perform other job duties requested by their manager)_ **Safety First** \- Obey the plant’s safety rules and procedures by wearing PPE at all times and immediately addressing all safety concerns to promote an environment where zero injuries is the expected standard Be available in the work area at all times to assist employees in his/her work and provide coverage when an employee needs to temporarily leave work area Assist as team lead in other departments when needed Assist the supervisor in conducting pre-shift meetings Train operators on standardized work, machine operations and quality inspections Follow-up with each employee weekly to ensure standardized work is being followed and report results, issues and corrective actions to Area Supervisor
