What You'll Do.
Obey safety rules and procedures
Address all safety concerns
Assist employees in work

Train operators on standardized work
Train operators on machine operations
Train operators on quality inspections
Follow-up with employees weekly
Ensure standardized work is followed
Report results to Area Supervisor

Review hour by hour performance
Take appropriate actions to correct issues
Analyze repetitive issues
Perform minor corrections to equipment
Notify proper personnel for equipment issues
Report non-conforming parts

Sign-off safety checklists
Follow escalation process for equipment downtime
Respond to all Andon's
Coordinate support group for Andon's
Participate in kaizen events
Monitor employee equipment logging
Assist employees with logging into equipment
Assist employees with reporting downtime
Assist employees with reporting scrap
Communicate issues to area supervisor
