Follow and enforce all plant safety rules, Follows and supports operating principles, Follows escalation process when equipment is down, Perform minor correction to equipment, Contact support personnel for machine problems, Respond to all Andon’s per zone, Coordinate correct support group, Ensure daily Pre-Shift inspections completed, Conduct planned inspection audits, Conduct Pre-Shift meetings with team, Complete all necessary documentation, Fills in for Team Members, Ensure all operation documentation is up to date, Routinely make visual inspections of evacuation routes, Conduct daily safety talks, Assign daily work assignments, Monitor work assignments throughout day, Make adjustments to support operations, Maintain open communication, Provide continued support to other departments, Provide feedback to supervisor, Achieve first time quality, Meet production requirements, Maintain accurate documentation and reporting, Immediately attend to all accidents and injuries, Assist supervisor with accident investigation, Follow and comply with all operational procedures, Ensure team complies with policies, Initiate and address corrective actions immediately, Ensure checking tools are in good working order, Ensure checking tools are calibrated, Support leadership for consistent communication, Monitor and maintain good housekeeping, Follow 5S standards, Participate in 5S walks, Support continuous improvement of Safety, Support continuous improvement of Quality, Support continuous improvement of Delivery, Support continuous improvement of Productivity, Develop on-the-job employee training, Facilitate on-the-job employee training, Provide performance coaching to team, Motivate for increased performance, Recognize team contributions, Help coordinate engineering changes, High School Diploma or GED, Minimum of 2 years manufacturing experience, Minimum of 2 years leadership role experience
