Must Have
5 + years of proven experience in a hands-on manufacturing or production environment, 5+ years of experience in operating, setting up, and troubleshooting production equipment, good working knowledge of quality standards and safety regulations, 5+ years of shopfloor leadership experience, excellent communication and teamwork skills, Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities on the floor
What You'll Do.
Operate and monitor production equipment safely and efficiently
Produce parts according to specifications
Assist in setting up machines
performing basic maintenance
and support other operators
Monitor production processes
Ensure compliance with health
and environmental regulations
Maintain accurate production and quality records
Make recommendations to Production Supervisor/Production Manager
Support team to ensure optimum productivity rates
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Communicate production status
