Must Have
Working knowledge of process sheets, Working knowledge of work instructions, Working knowledge of all on-line installations, Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
What You'll Do.
Supervise daily activities of subordinates
Meet production deadlines
Coordinate team's work efforts
Facilitate completion of assigned installations
Ensure compliance with company policies
Ensure compliance with company procedures
Complete assigned tasks to highest quality standards
Comply with procedures regarding parts handling
Coordinate with support elements
Ensure proper training of station members
Cross-train station members
Accomplish any/all installations done in station
Report unsafe work conditions
Report injuries immediately
Ensure workstation is clean at end of shift
Ensure tools are marked
Ensure tools are operational
Ensure tools are accounted for
Maintain good documentation
Complete proper forms
Account for labor against installations
Ensure LiveBus is completed properly
Ensure LiveBus is done prior to line move
Organize work station
Ensure daily production line schedule is met
Report shortages immediately
Communicate with team members
Conduct daily Toolbox meetings
Communicate and support a changing environment
Learn the Oracle system
Use Oracle system daily
