physical demands described below are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this role, Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions, Regularly required to stand and walk for extended periods on hard warehouse and production flooring throughout the shift, Frequently required to bend, stoop, kneel, and reach in both upward and downward directions, Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs, frequently lift and/or move up to 40 lbs, constantly reposition or transfer objects of negligible weight, Must be able to push and pull loaded carts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks across production and warehouse surfaces, Required to safely climb ladders to access materials stored at height, Must be able to operate powered industrial equipment including forklifts and electric pallet jacks, including the physical demands associated with vibration exposure and repetitive upper-body movement, Required to work in varying temperature environments, including ambient, refrigerated, and frozen storage areas, using appropriate PPE, Must be able to wear and work in full cleanroom gowning (including gown, gloves, mask, hairnet, and shoe covers) for extended periods as required by the production area, Specific vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to read small print on labels and batch documents
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High school diploma or GED required, Equivalent combinations of education, training, and relevant work experience will be considered, Regular, predictable, and reliable on-site attendance required
Nice to Have
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment, experience in a CDMO or Pharmaceutical setting strongly preferred, Experience with material flow, inventory management, and cleanroom operations preferred over traditional warehouse-only backgrounds
What You'll Do.
Proactively monitor production schedules and anticipate material needs
Continuously stock and replenish workstations
Serve as the primary point of contact between the manufacturing team and warehouse/materials management for all floor-level material needs
Communicate actively and regularly with manufacturing supervisors
Respond rapidly to unplanned material requests
and consumable supplies to production areas and cleanrooms
Verify materials against batch records and production documents prior to issuance
Manage the timely reconciliation of materials returned from production
Perform material picking from the warehouse when required
Participate in cycle counts and physical inventory activities
Identify and escalate discrepancies
or damaged materials promptly
Maintain accurate cGMP and GDP documentation for all material transactions
Inspect incoming and staged materials for damage
Manage temperature-sensitive receipts (cold chain and frozen materials)
Adhere strictly to cleanroom gowning requirements
contamination control protocols

Properly manage hazardous materials and waste
Safely operate forklifts
and other material-handling equipment
Operate and safely use ladders
Maintain cleanliness and proper operating condition of all assigned equipment
Assist with loading and unloading of trucks

Continuously stock and replenish workstations, production lines, and staging areas throughout each shift so that manufacturing personnel are never waiting on materials. Serve as the primary point of contact between the manufacturing team and warehouse/materials management for all floor-level material needs. Communicate actively and regularly with manufacturing supervisors, leads, and operators to stay ahead of schedule changes, urgent material needs, and emerging gaps. Respond rapidly to unplanned material requests from the Manufacturing team and work to resolve material-driven schedule deviations with urgency and sound judgment.
