## **JOB DESCRIPTION:** Wij zijn momenteel op zoek naar een: # **Production Support Specialist C (Production Quality Specialist/ Production Pharmacist)** **Waar kom je te werken?** Voor onze locatie in Olst zijn wij op zoek naar een Production Support Specialist (PSS) C voor de Hormonenafdeling. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het waarborgen van kwaliteits- en compliance-aspecten en het realiseren van optimalisatieprojecten. Je ondersteunt en coacht de productieteams en junior PSS’ers bij het oppakken van kwaliteits- en compliancevraagstukken en verbeteringen binnen de toegewezen resultaatsgebieden. Daarnaast ondersteun je (internationale) audits uitgevoerd door klanten en overheidsinstanties. **Wat ga je doen?** Als Production Support Specialist C ben je verantwoordelijk voor het waarborgen van de kwaliteits en compliance aspecten van onze producten. Je werkt samen met diverse ondersteunende afdelingen zoals: Quality, Engineering, Maintenance en Supply Chain om ervoor te zorgen dat het productie proces continu kwalitatief hoogstaand product oplevert, dag en nacht kan blijven draaien en dat issues met mogelijk kwaliteitsimpact zo snel mogelijk worden opgelost. In deze rol ben je de schakel met het hogere management om beslissingen door te voeren. **Wat worden je taken en verantwoordelijkheden?** * Toezien op naleving van de regelgeving (GxP), wetten en kwaliteitsprocedures. * Toezicht en goedkeuring van productiedocumentatie. * Productiegoedkeuring van geproduceerde batches. * Voorbereiding en leidende rol tijdens externe audits en afhandeling van de vervolgactiviteiten. * Initiatiefnemer voor kwaliteitsverbeteringen en implementatie * Coördinerende en leidende rol in onderzoek naar kwaliteitsafwijkingen, het opstellen van impact assessments en het uitvoeren van root cause analyses. * Vertegenwoordigen van de afdeling in afdeling overstijgende projecten. **Wat voor kennis en ervaring neem je mee?** * Je hebt een Master opleiding afgerond, Farmacie is ee
