Full Job Description
**Job Purpose** You will support and improve production at our Pakistan manufacturing site. You will work with operators, maintenance, quality and contractors to keep equipment running safely and reliably. You will solve technical problems, coach colleagues, and help improve processes. This role offers visible career growth, real impact on supply reliability, and alignment with GSK’s mission of uniting science, technology and talent to get ahead of disease together. **Responsibilities** * Operate and monitor production equipment to meet safety, quality and output targets. * Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues and coordinate timely repairs with maintenance and contractors. * Maintain accurate production and maintenance records, including downtime, changeovers and shift handovers. * Work with quality and safety teams to maintain Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and site EHS standards. * Supervise, coach and support technicians or operators to maintain consistent shift performance. * Identify and support continuous improvement activities that increase efficiency and reduce waste. **Education, Experience and Skills** * Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or equivalent. * 2 to 5 years hands-on experience in a production or manufacturing environment. * Experience working in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) setting. * Practical knowledge of production equipment operation and basic troubleshooting. * Ability to read technical documents and keep accurate operational records. * Experience with compression, granulation, coating, encapsulation, filling or packing equipment. * Familiarity with SAP or other production record systems and strong Excel skills. * Experience supervising small teams or coaching technicians. * Knowledge of sterile area procedures or cleanroom operations. * Understanding of risk assessment and safety hazard controls
