What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, instrumental Engineering, or equivalent, 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or production environment, Experience working in a GMP-compliant environment, Practical knowledge of production equipment operation and basic troubleshooting, Ability to read technical documents and keep accurate operational records, Experience with manufacturing, filling and packing equipment i. e. Compression, coating, encapsulation, blister, filling, labeling, cartoning, Experience supervising a small team or coaching technicians, Knowledge of risk assessment and safety hazard controls in manufacturing
Nice to Have
Understanding of sterile area procedures or cleanroom operations
What You'll Do.
Operate and monitor production equipment
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
Coordinate timely repairs with maintenance teams
Keep accurate production and maintenance records
Work with quality and safety teams
Maintain Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
Maintain site EHS standards
Supervise and coach technicians or operators
Identify and support continuous improvement actions
