What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in science in Electrical Engineering, Minimum of 5-10 years prior relevant experience, Experience with digital, analog, RF and/or mixed signal testing and/or debugging complex circuit card assemblies and/or electro-mechanical systems, Experience with lab equipment: oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, function generators, power supplies, etc., Ability to interpret schematics, PCB layouts, and BoMs., written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have
Experience supporting production engineering activities involving electrical or mechanical hardware, Background in designing electronic or electro optical subsystems, including circuit design, assembly processes, and fabrication practices, Familiarity with engineering and analysis tools across electrical design, simulation, and measurement domains, Experience with subsystem integration, testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement methodologies, Ability to work independently or within small teams while providing technical guidance, coordination, and project oversight

What we do matters. The Role: We are seeking a Production Support Electrical Engineer for the second shift, Monday – Friday from 3pm to 12am. This position will support production to resolve issues and keep the hardware builds moving forward. The ability to make a quick assessment of a problem, identify additional information required, understand the resources available, compare the urgency of the issue to other failures/issues, and to take the understanding of these parts and create a path for troubleshoot and/or correction and final resolution. Then it is required to be able to communicate this plan to a cross functional team with diverse backgrounds. And lastly to continue to drive updates and status of this plan along the way. Location: Tucson, AZ (onsite) Clearance: U. S. Citizenship required; Secret clearance (active or obtainable) Strong Preference for Active Clearance.
