Must Have
Level 2 production or application support within financial services or highly regulated environments, Incident Management, Alert Management, AppDynamics, Splunk, ThousandEyes, CloudProber, ServiceNow, Moogsoft, Windows environments, SQL Server environments, Microsoft Azure cloud platforms, MQ, automation and scripting initiatives within operational environments, ITIL frameworks, analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, communication skills, stakeholder management skills, work effectively under pressure, high-availability environments, Proactive approach, detail-oriented approach
Nice to Have
banking, trading, or financial platforms, event correlation tools, DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices, 24/7 or shift-based support environments
What You'll Do.
Provide Level 2 production support
Ensure high service availability
Monitor application performance
Support business-critical systems
Manage incidents and service requests
Perform root cause analysis
Collaborate with development teams
