Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related or relevant experience, Advanced English, able to maintain a fluent conversation, Shift flexibility: Availability to work on rotating shifts (4x3 schedule)
What You'll Do.
Supervise and lead a team of production operators
ensuring adherence to safety protocols
and production schedules.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to processes
identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
Ensure the proper maintenance and operation of equipment
coordinating with maintenance teams as needed.
Train and mentor production personnel on best practices for machining processes
including equipment operation
and safety procedures.
Implement and enforce lean manufacturing principles to drive continuous improvement in operations.
Prepare and present production reports to management
highlighting performance
and proposed solutions.

Collaborate with manufacturing engineering, quality, and logistics teams to optimize production flow and achieve manufacturing objectives.
