What You'll Achieve.
ensure operators are meeting quality specifications; production of good parts; aligned with customer demand; meet corporate inventory goals

Must be open to either 2:30PM - 11:00PM or 10:30PM - 7:00AM, Must be willing to work Saturday Overtime, Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods of time, Ability to use material handling equipment, including forklifts

Must Have
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment required, Previous experience with standard shop tools and measuring instruments required, Mechanical aptitude and previous experience troubleshooting machinery required, Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time, Ability to use material handling equipment, including forklifts, Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) required
Nice to Have
3 years supervisory experience preferred, Metal stamping, fabrication, or fastener manufacturing preferred

Lead set up and changeover activity
Support and monitor production activity
Audit compliance with standard work instructions
Maintain and audit production information
Maintain production related documents
Monitor production activity
Lead department scheduling efforts
Review un-planned scrap
Oversee professional development
Identify employee development opportunities
Periodically evaluate staffing levels
Champion the area’s safety program
Promote Lean Manufacturing tools
Assist in development and implementation of visual factory tools
Actively solicit suggestions
Ensure activities meet organizational requirements
Ensure operational activities executed
Execute all responsibilities
