What You'll Achieve.
Achieve and update the production KPIs; Maximize the up time of the equipment; Minimize the risk of accidents and quality issues; Maximize the technical knowledge and engagement of the operations staff; Achieve the production goals and improvements outlined by the Production Manager; Maximize improvements and efficiencies across the organization

Problem-solving skills; Ability to resolve issues relating to personnel quickly and efficiently
Pitman Night Shift, Ability to work flexible and/or rotating shifts, Work overtime as required
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of production experience, High School diploma or equivalent, Proficient in Microsoft Office, Hand-eye coordination, Manual dexterity, Exceptional organizational and time management skills, Problem-solving skills, Commitment to continuous learning, Team- and customer-oriented, Attention to detail, Ability to head a team successfully, Ability to resolve issues relating to personnel quickly and efficiently, Ability to work flexible and/or rotating shifts
Nice to Have
5 years of experience as a production supervisor at a manufacturing plant, Experience with production planning, Experience with production controls, Experience with production instrumentation, Experience with MRP systems, Experience with ERP systems
What You'll Do.
Manage production during a given shift
Ensure quality control
Handle day-to-day production aspects
Ensure operations staff follow safety procedures
Provide training and technical assistance
Report defective/non-conforming product
Perform quality control
Ensure product traceability
Maintain production schedules
Achieve and update production KPIs
Check raw material stock
Resolve maintenance problems
Maximize equipment uptime
Transfer shift information
Inform Production Manager of issues
Propose process improvements
Perform production tasks
Substitute for operation staff
Minimize accident risk
Minimize quality issues
Maximize staff technical knowledge
Achieve production goals
Develop cooperation spirit
Communicate company information
Work with other teams
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work with the Maintenance Technician to resolve maintenance problems; Meet with the Lead Hands and Production Supervisor of the previous and subsequent shifts; Work with other teams to ensure improvements and efficiencies are being maximized across the organization

Communicate company information to their shift as required
Process & Methodology
Adherence to maintain Production schedules/Plan, Achieve and update the production KPIs
