To learn more, please visit [ _https://www.silent-aire.com/_](https://www.silent-aire.com/). **What you will do** You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of production and operation workers (approximately 40-75 employees), such as assemblers, electricians, inspectors, precision workers, while ensuring that production schedules are created and completed on time, safely, and within budget. **We are hiring across the following shift:** * Weekday Night Shift: 6PM-5:30AM (Monday-Thursday) **How you will do it** * Direct the manufacturing workforce to achieve production goals. * Enforce safety and sanitation regulations. * Anticipate production obstacles and manage team and stakeholders to overcome them. * Provide leadership and ownership of product quality while consulting with Quality staff and Engineers on quality issues while being accountable for the overall QA performance of the manufacturing unit. * Confer with management or subordinates to resolve worker problems, complaints, and production issue
