What You'll Do.
Supervise all aspects of production
Ensure Health and Safety controls
Ensure Good Manufacturing Practices
Minimize production costs
Troubleshoot problems
Prevent or minimize issues
Provide coaching to team leaders
Provide feedback to team leaders
Provide coaching to production workers
Provide feedback to production workers
Support production workers
Train production staff
Coach production staff
Develop production staff
Evaluate performance of production staff
Liaise on the production floor
Foster open communication
Participate in Root Cause analysis
