**Job Title:** Production Supervisor - Back Half Night Shift **Job Description:** Job Description **Production Supervisor – Nights Shift** (D Shift) **Shift:** Thursday - Saturday, 5:30 PM–6:00 AM, with rotating Wednesdays We are seeking a driven and collaborative **Production Supervisor** to join our Hillsboro, Oregon team. In this role, you will be accountable to meet departmental production targets by leading a high-performing team with a strong focus on **safety, quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement**. You will supervise production operators, manage scheduling and workflow, and foster an environment where teamwork, innovation, and accountability thrive. This position partners closely with engineering and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and seamless operations across all production shifts. **What You’ll Do** * **Champion Safety:** Promote and model safe work practices. Partner with EHS to deliver safety training and reinforce a strong safety culture. Monitor the work area for adherence to procedures, restrictions, cleanliness, and potential hazards. * **Lead & Develop Your Team:** Ensure employees receive effective training and ongoing support. Address performance issues with proper documentation and manage performance reviews and corrective actions in a timely and consistent manner. * **Drive Operational Excellence:** Provide clear communication regarding goals, expectations, and daily priorities. Collaborate with fellow supervisors, engineering, and management to keep operations aligned and efficient. * **Ensure Quality Outputs:** Oversee production to ensure output meets quality standards. Support investigations of quality defects, develop and recommend corrective actions, and contribute to document updates and scrap reduction initiatives. * **Promote Lean & Continuous Improvement:** Utilize Lean/Six Sigma concepts such as SPC, Kanban, and 6S to streamline operations.
