Production Supervisor – RFID Label Manufacturing Location: North Carolina Department: Operations / Manufacturing About Trackonomy Trackonomy is transforming supply chain and asset visibility through ultra-low-power IoT and RFID technology. Position Summary Trackonomy is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead a team of approximately two to three production operators for the second shift (2 pm - 10 pm) responsible for manufacturing RFID labels and smart tracking products at our North Carolina facility. This role is ideal for a strong floor leader who thrives in a fast-paced startup manufacturing environment and can drive safety, quality, output, and continuous improvement while maintaining high team engagement and accountability. The Production Supervisor will work cross-functionally with Purchasing, Account Management and Operations leadership to ensure production goals and customer commitments are met. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily production activities for RFID label manufacturing operations Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately three production operators Drive safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery performance Monitor production schedules and ensure execution against daily and weekly targets Identify and resolve production bottlenecks, equipment issues, and workflow inefficiencies Ensure adherence to stand
