Ability to work 12 hour shifts, day or night, on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule or schedule as dictated by production demand, Los Angeles County applicants only
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4 Years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment, 4 Years – Experience in Position, 4 Years – Experience managing people/projects, Understanding of production processes and controls
Nice to Have
6 Years– Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment, 6 Years – Experience working in Position, 6 Years – Experience managing people/projects, Associate's Degree
What You'll Do.
Supervise daily operations of the production
Ensure shift meets safety
Manage and direct activities of assigned shift
Analyze production schedule and adjust assignments
Verify discrete jobs in systems
Responsible for team member coaching and development
Inspect raw materials prior to changeovers
Perform first pass quality checks
Collaborate with Maintenance Department
Complete shift reports
Conduct walkthroughs for safety
Interface with multiple departments
Champion a world-class safety culture
Conduct safety talk trainings
Adhere to safety programs and regulations
Abide by Good Manufacturing Practices
Develop measures to improve production methods
Suggest changes to increase efficiency
Monitor and review team members time and attendance
