Ability to work 12 hour shifts, day or night, on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4 Years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment, 4 Years – Experience in Position, 4 Years – Experience managing people/projects, Understanding of production processes and controls
Nice to Have
6 Years– Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment, 6 Years – Experience working in Position, 6 Years – Experience managing people/projects
What You'll Do.
Supervising daily operations of the production
Ensuring shift meets safety
Manages and directs activities of assigned shift
Analyzes production schedule and adjusts assignments
Verifies discrete jobs in systems
Responsible for team member coaching and development
coaches and reviews performance
Inspects raw materials prior to changeovers
Performs first pass quality checks
Collaborates with Maintenance Department
Completes shift reports
Conducts walkthroughs throughout the shift
Interfaces with multiple departments
Participates in interviews
Collaborates with plant leadership
Conducts weekly safety talk trainings
Adheres to company safety programs
Abides by Good Manufacturing Practices
Develops measures to improve production methods
Suggests changes to increase efficiency
Monitors and reviews team members time and attendance
