Eligibility Requirements

Ability to work 12 hour shifts, day or night, on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule or schedule as dictated by production demand, Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

4 Years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment, 4 Years – Experience in Position, 4 Years – Experience managing people/projects, Understanding of production processes and controls, High School Diploma or GED

Nice to Have

6 Years– Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment, 6 Years – Experience working in Position, 6 Years – Experience managing people/projects, Associate's Degree

What You'll Do.

Supervising daily operations of the production

Ensuring shift meets goals

Manages and directs activities of assigned shift

Analyzes production schedule prior to shift

Responsible for team member coaching

Inspects raw materials prior to changeovers

Performs first pass quality checks

Completes shift reports

Conducts walkthroughs throughout the shift

Interfaces with multiple departments

Adheres to company safety programs

Abides by GMP and Food Safety Standards

Develops measures to improve production methods

Suggests changes to increase efficiency

Monitors assigned team members time and attendance

Maintains effective working relationships with team members; Collaborates with the Maintenance Department; Interfaces with multiple departments within the organization; Collaborates with plant leadership and shift team members; Encourages honest feedback from direct reports, peers, and up-line manager; Uses customer feedback to improve service levels; Promotes sharing of opposing viewpoints; Encourages and models teamwork; Builds relationships up, down, and across effectively; Resolves team conflicts
