6 Years Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment, 6 Years Experience working in a similar position, 6 Years Experience managing people/projects, Associate's Degree

What You'll Do.

Supervise daily operations of production

Ensure shift meets safety goals

Manage and direct activities of assigned shift

Ensure product adheres to safety standards

Maintain effective working relationships with team members

Analyze production schedule prior to shift start

Adjust team member assignments to meet production targets

Verify discrete jobs are correct in Oracle

Resolve issues through conflict resolution

Review performance of team members

Partner with Human Resources for recruitment

Partner with Production Manager for recruitment

Partner with Human Resources for corrective actions

Inspect raw materials prior to changeovers

Ensure correct inventories for production runs

Perform first pass quality checks after changeovers
