Eligibility Requirements

Ability to work 12 hour shifts, day or night, on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule or schedule as dictated by production demand.

4 Years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment, 4 Years – Experience in Position, 4 Years – Experience managing people/projects, Understanding of production processes and controls

Nice to Have

6 Years– Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment, 6 Years – Experience working in Position, 6 Years – Experience managing people/projects, Associate's Degree

What You'll Do.

Supervising daily operations of the production

Ensuring shift meets goals

Manages and directs activities of assigned shift

Analyzes production schedule prior to shift

Adjusts team member assignments

Verifies discrete jobs are correct

Responsible for team member coaching

coaches and reviews performance

Inspects raw materials prior to changeovers

Performs first pass quality checks

Completes shift reports

Conducts walkthroughs throughout the shift

Monitors and reviews assigned team members time

How You'll Work.

Maintains effective working relationships with team members; Interfaces with multiple departments within the organization; Collaborates with the Maintenance Department; Collaborates with plant leadership and shift team members; Promotes sharing of opposing viewpoints; Builds relationships up, down, and across effectively
