What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3 plus years’ experience in managing a team, 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing facility, Production Management: knowledge of production processes, machinery, and equipment., Quality Control: Experience with quality control procedures and standards., Safety Regulations: Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices., Lean Manufacturing: Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

leadership and team management skills to inspire and motivate employees., Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders., analytical and problem-solving abilities to address and resolve production challenges., Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently., Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees, customers, and stakeholders., Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
