Coordinates the operations of all production departments in the unit. Ensures that production meets the goals of product quality, cost effectiveness, safe conditions, and customer satisfaction. Reports issues regarding production, quality, maintenance, or personnel problems. * Responsible for strategizing, planning, and execution of daily manufacturing activities to meet production goals. * Lead a team of technicians and production operators to meet daily production output, quality performance, productivity and cost. * Resolve and handle line related issues and understand equipment capacities or constraint to identify, handle and resolve bottleneck situations. * Possess the ability to anticipate potential issues, escalate them appropriately, and implement solutions before they arise. * Drive continuous improvement programs for operational excellence. * Coordinate and provide support for new product introduction activities * Collaborate with management, internal stakeholders and contract manufacturers regarding project status, progress and issue resolution. * Take full ownership and accountability for assigned tasks, ensuring complete end-to-end execution and closure. * Ensure compliance with Health and Safety policies and site safety through hazard identification and prevention. * Undertake any other duties as assigned by superiors from time to time. **Job Requirement:** * Bachelor’s degree in engineering. * At least 5 years’ relevant experience in manufacturing environment. * Strong knowledge in manufacturing management principles and concepts, as well as quality systems
