What You'll Do.
Provide leadership and support
Plan and facilitate work

Provide daily support in troubleshooting
Provide performance feedback and appraisals

Recommend changes on production floor
Support maintenance projects

Ensure production schedule demands are met
Conduct root-cause analyses
Identify manufacturing process problems
