If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary. ## Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **Production Supervisor** located in Guadalajara, **North Campus.** Reporting to the **Operations Manager** the**Production Supervisor** is responsible for leads multiple production lines in a highly technical manufacturing environment, ensuring operational excellence, efficiency, and quality compliance and driving performance aligned with customer requirements in an electronics manufacturing environment, particularly focused on AI server production. **What a typical day looks like:** * Lead the production of several processes/lines, ensuring overall operational success. * Evaluate plant operating performance regularly and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and quality. * Supervise and lead a team of professionals ( operators) to meet quality, cost, delivery, and responsiveness goals. * Troubleshoot and analyze operational issues, providing effective solutions and coaching operators to improve performance. * Drive continuous improvement by identifying and evaluating ideas for plant optimization and collaborating with engineering teams. * Provide technical and operational support to project teams. * Act as liaison between production and maintenance teams when needed. * Train, coach, and develop junior operators. * Prioritize production schedules based on new product introduction, equipment efficiency, and material availability. * Participate in process development and cost reduction initiatives. * Sup
