As we expand our reach globally, Dandy is building the operating system for dental offices around the world—empowering clinicians and their teams with technology, innovation, and world-class support to achieve more for their practices, their people, and their patients. We are looking for a Night Production Supervisor to join our rapidly growing venture-backed company. This position will oversee department workflows, equipment, team members, and quality. In this role, you will supervise a team of 20+ technicians in our state of the art Provo Manufacturing Facility. You will help ensure that orders are fabricated at the highest quality standards per customer deadlines. What You'll Do: - Administrative Tasks: Perform admin duties such as case flow tracking, lagger/delinquency reports and interdepartmental comms for better delivery as needed and professionally. - Master in parts allocation, case flow routing and manufacturing processes - Scale: Continuously seek opportunities to improve workflows and processes for optimal efficiency and scalability. - Problem Solve: Quickly troubleshoot and solve people, process, and technology issues as you operate within a large scale and fast paced dental lab. - Quality Adherence: Monitor and enforce adherence to strict manufacturing quality standards. (e.g., abutment finishing, stain & glaze protocols) - Inventory Monitoring: Optimize workflows to ensure your department properly tracks key inventory. (e.g., hand tools, stain, PPE) and re-supplies as needed - Supervise: Lead, scale, and continuously train a team of 40+ technicians as they execute daily operational tasks. - Collaborate: Work with other teams to proactively identify and address high priority improvement
